Through this notice, and in accordance with the Spanish Personal Data Protection Act 15/1999, of 13 December), TECNY-FARMA, S.A. (hereinafter, “Tecny-Farma”) hereby informs users of its website www.tecnyfarma.com that any personal details requested on our website will be included in a personal data file managed and owned by Tecny-Farma.

Personal data will be given voluntarily if requested by Tecny-Farma, or when you sign up to the e-newsletter or other advertising bulletins published by Tecny-Farma, in order to provide answers to your consultations or comments, and also when you acquire any of the products or services offered by Tecny-Farma. Any personal information compiled is usually limited to your full name, e-mail address and contact telephone number, but might include other information if required in order to supply the products or services requested.

By providing us with your personal details, you are expressly authorising Tecny-Farma to process and incorporate the personal details provided into its automated files, and to send out commercial information using said details. You are also expressly accepting the possibility that your details might be passed onto other companies in the Business Group to which Tecny-Farma belongs, and that said companies might, in turn, send you information about any of their own goods or services. However, your acceptance is always revocable, although not retroactively, in accordance with articles 6 and 11 of the Spanish Personal Data Protection Act 15/1999, of 13 December.

Tecny-Farma pledges to fulfil its obligation regarding the secrecy of personal data and its duty to safeguard them and cancel them as soon as they are no longer necessary for the functions for which they were compiled, also taking any measures required to avoid their alteration, loss, unauthorised treatment or access, in accordance with Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, which approves the developmental regulations for the Spanish Personal Data Protection Act 15/1999, of 13 December.

Finally, you can at any time exercise your rights to access, rectify, cancel and oppose the personal details held on file, by sending a written and signed request (along with a photocopy of your national ID card/passport) to the entity responsible for the file, in other words TECNY-FARMA, S.A., with registered address in 09200 Miranda de Ebro (Burgos), Polígono Industrial de Bayas, Parcelas 79-80.
